Thank you for choosing CURVA FABULOUS (1141002-H)! Your shopping experience includes acceptance of our return and refund policy outlined below.

 

1. Changed your mind about your clothing? You may return your item to us under the following criteria:

Clothing Condition
  • Unworn (The item must not show any signs of use, including but not limited to deodorant or perfume stains, makeup marks, or any visible wear that could indicate it has been worn)
  • Unwashed (The item must not have been laundered or exposed to any form of washing and soaking, including but not limited to dry cleaning or steaming)
  • Unaltered (The item must not have been altered, resized, or customized in any way, including but not limited to the removal or modification of tags)
  • Tags still intact
  • Item is in its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, all leggings and innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
      Duration
      • Within Malaysia: Within 7 working days upon receiving item
      • International: Within 10 working days upon receiving item
      • Please note that you must submit a return or exchange request and ship the return parcel within the grace period mentioned above.
      Clothing Price
      • Regular-priced items only
      • Sale and discounted items are not eligible
      Method of Return
      • Trackable postage (POSLAJU, GDEX, J&T Express etc.)
      • Customers should return the clothing item to CURVA FABULOUS using any of their preferred courier service. The tracking information and order number must be emailed to cs@curvafabulous.com
      • CURVA FABULOUS will NOT be held liable for any item lost in mail
      Number of Return(s)
      • Each customer is entitled to 1 return per order number
      • Attempts for multiple returns per order number will not be entertained

       

      2. Before initiating a return or exchange request, please ensure that you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

       

      For desktop users

      1. Log in to your account using the email address associated with your purchase.


       

       

      2. Once you're logged in, click the "Request return" button on the order that you would like to return.  


       

       

      3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for your request. You may also include an optional note before finalizing your return. If you wish to exchange for a different size, please indicate the desired size in the optional note section.



       



      For mobile device users

      1. Log in to your account using the email address associated with your purchase.

       

       

      2. Once you're logged in, click the "Request return" button on the order that you would like to return.


       

       

      3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for your request. You may also include an optional note before finalizing your return. If you wish to exchange for a different size, please indicate the desired size in the optional note section.

       



      After submitting your return request

      For customers in Malaysia

      1. After completing the above steps, our team will review your request within 1-3 business days (may take longer during peak season). Once your return is accepted, please ship your return parcel back to us within 7 business days upon receiving your parcel using a trackable shipping service.

       

      2. Please email the tracking information and your order number to cs@curvafabulous.com so we can monitor the shipment and process your return timely. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that offers insurance for the value of the items. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed. 

       

      3. For exchanges, an exchange item shipping fee will be charged depending on the weight of the parcel and your shipping address. Upon payment of the processing fee and verification that your return parcel is in good condition, we will ship your item in the requested size. (Please refer to the table above for more details).

       

      4. If the product is no longer available in the size that you requested, we will provide a refund in the form of a digital gift card.

       

      5. Please note that CURVA FABULOUS only allows a one-time return or exchange per order. Subsequent requests will not be entertained.

       

      For international customers

      6. After completing the above steps, our team will review your request within 1-3 business days (may take longer during peak season). If your return is accepted, please send the clothing items back to us within 10 business days upon receiving your parcel using a trackable shipping service.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon payment of the processing fee and verification that your return parcel is in good condition, we will ship your item in the requested size.       10. Please note that CURVA FABULOUS only allows a one-time return or exchange per order. Subsequent requests will not be entertained.

       

      11. How will CURVA FABULOUS process your return request?

      • Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 1-3 business days for our team to process your return parcel.
      • For eligible item(s), CURVA FABULOUS will grant GIFT CARD(S) at the value of the item to be returned. There are strictly NO CASH REFUNDS for a return
      • Please note that any purchase made with gift cards is NOT ELIGIBLE for returns and/or exchanges. All gift cards have an expiry date of ONE YEAR from the date issued.
      • For orders made using redeemed points, the points will not be reinstated, and any refund will be issued after deducting the value of the redeemed points. 
      • In the event that your exchange item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund in the form of a digital gift card. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability, and we are unable to guarantee that specific sizes will be restocked.

       

      12. CURVA FABULOUS reserves the right to REJECT RETURNS if any of the following conditions are met:

      • Items are not in their original condition (tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
      • Items have been submerged in water, causing the colors to fade.
      • Items are returned past the specified duration as stated above.
      • Items are returned without submitting a return/exchange request and obtaining approval from CURVA FABULOUS beforehand.

      *NOTE: Slight discoloration may occur as a natural part of the washing process. Such occurrences do not compromise the quality or integrity of our garments in any way. Therefore, this is not considered a defect. 

       

      13. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer and the cost of postage will be borne by the customer.

       

      14. All exchanges and gift cards will only be processed within 1-3 business days (may take longer during peak season) upon receiving the returned item.

       

      15. Once a return has been processed, the process is FINAL and no further requests will be entertained.

       

      CANCELLATIONS

      Once you place an order, you will not be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via the chat box or email us at cs@curvafabulous.com as soon as possible. We may be able to assist you, depending on the status of your order. If your request is approved, we will provide a refund in the form of a GIFT CARD only. 


      WEAR & TEAR

      At CURVA FABULOUS, we strive to offer high-quality clothing and services. Please note that the lifespan of our garments depends on how well you handle and care for them. Upon receiving your garments, it is your responsibility to inspect them promptly. Should there be any damages or defects, please report to us at cs@curvafabulous.com within 3 business days. We kindly ask that you provide an unboxing video showing the original condition of the item and the air waybill upon receipt of your parcel to assist in our investigation.

       

      While we take great care to ensure the quality of our clothing, we are not liable for damages and defects caused by personal accident, improper care (e.g., excessive dry cleaning or mishandling by your dry cleaner), negligence, improper wear (e.g., excessive stretching of material), normal wear and tear (e.g. holes from wearing over time), or the natural fading of color and materials over time.

       

      Certain fabrics are very delicate and require careful handling. If you need advice on garment care, feel free to reach out to us. CURVA FABULOUS reserves the right to modify our policies without prior notice.
