ORDERS

Shopping with us is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Log in with your email. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Fill in the code and you're good to go.

2. Find your favourite items and select your color and size.

3. Click "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" to review your selections.

4. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details. Your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

5. Choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase.

6. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

Once you placed an order, you will not be able to modify it. If you would like to modify your order, please reach out to us via the chat box or drop us an email at cs@curvafabulous.com as soon as possible. We may be able to assist, depending on the status of your order.

We may be able to assist, depending on the status of your order. If successful, we will provide a refund in the form of a gift card only.

If you successfully placed an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don't receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us for further assistance.

We do not accept deposits for reservations. To secure your favourite item, you must pay the amount in full at checkout.

You will not be able to change your shipping address after you placed your order. To change your shipping address, please reach out to us via the chat box or drop us an email at cs@curvafabulous.com as soon as possible. We are unable to make any modifications once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location, parcel weight, and the shipping method selected. The final shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Yes! Besides Malaysia, we ship to Australia, Brunei, France, Hong Kong, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. If your country is not included in the list, please reach out to us via the chat box or email us at cs@curvafabulous.com for us to assist you.

Please check the following for the estimated shipping duration to your location:

- West Malaysia: 1 to 3 business days

- East Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days

- International Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders that meet the minimum spend:

- West Malaysia: RM 100 & above

- East Malaysia: RM 300 & above

- Singapore: RM 500 & above

- Brunei: RM 700 & above

If your order doesn't meet the minimum spend requirement, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, if you need your order sooner, you can choose the "Pickup in Store" option and collect it in person, or arrange for a third-party delivery service to pick up your order, only at our Ayer Keroh boutique.

Sure! Simply select "Pickup in Store" at checkout. You'll receive an email from us once your order is ready, and you can collect it from our boutique. Please note that pickups are only available at our Ayer Keroh boutique.

For all preorder items, the estimated shipping date is listed in the product description. While we strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. Rest assured, we will ship your order promptly once the stock arrives.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this link to track your package. If you don’t receive a tracking number, please reach out to us via the chat box or email us at cs@curvafabulous.com.

PRODUCTS

We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. Please compare your measurements with the size chart to find your perfect fit. Do note that all our size charts are in inches.

A size chart provides the specific measurements for each product, while a size guide offers a general reference for different sizing systems, such as International, EU, UK, and US sizes. To find your best fit, please compare your measurements with the product's size chart. Please note that all our size charts are in inches.

We carefully select high quality fabrics for all our products. Each product listing provides detailed information about the materials used to help you make an informed choice. If you have specific fabric concerns, feel free to reach out via the chat box or email us at cs@curvafabulous.com.

As most of our items are delicate, we recommend hand washing, dry cleaning or using a gentle machine wash followed by air drying to maintain their quality.

We strive to ensure that our product images accurately represent the items. However, due to lighting and screen settings, there may be slight variations in colour. Please allow for a 20-30% discrepancy in the product's colour.

Please note that sizing may vary across different designs due to differences in cutting and ease allowance. There could also be a slight variation of 1-3 cm in measurements based on different measuring methods. Thus, we recommend comparing your measurements with the size chart for the best fit.

We typically do not restock sold-out items, but in some cases, we may restock due to popular demand. For the latest updates, be sure to follow us on Instagram and TikTok.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with all tags and packaging intact within 7 business days of receiving your order. For detailed instructions on how to initiate a return, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

For exchanges, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate an exchange request. If you prefer to make an exchange in person, you can visit our Ayer Keroh boutique. Please contact us in advance by emailing cs@curvafabulous.com.

The return/exchange shipping cost(s) will be borne by customers. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via the chat box or email us at cs@curvafabulous.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. We’ll assist you in getting a replacement or full refund. Kindly provide an unboxing video to assist with the process.

You’ll receive a full refund once your return is verified to be in good condition. Please note that shipping fees and any applied vouchers or discounts are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued as digital gift cards only.

All sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns or exchanges of eligible items within 7 business days (within Malaysia) or 10 business days (international orders) of receiving your order. You must first submit a request and receive approval before shipping the return. Returns or exchanges made after the grace period or without an approved request will not be processed.

If your payment isn't going through, please ensure that all your card details are input correctly. If the issue persists, it could be due to restrictions with your payment provider. Please ensure that you're using the same email address that was used for past orders to get your order history. If you placed an order before April 2024, your order history may not be available due to our website migration.
